Rushford offers a full continuum of outpatient treatment:

  • Partial hospital program (PHP)
    Four hours of group treatment per day, for five days a week – this intensive level of outpatient programming offers consistent, daily support for adults who may have just completed a hospitalization or residential program, or in order to prevent the need for a 24-hour program
  • Intensive outpatient program (IOP)
    Three hours of group treatment per day, for three to five days per week. Slightly less intensive than PHP, for adults who still need consistent support in order to step-down from a higher level of treatment
  • Outpatient with medication management
    Group, individual and family therapy for teens that need weekly support in order to move forward in recovery after successfully completing IOP level of programming

Rushford also offers unique mental health services for certain populations including:

  • Crisis evaluation and stabilization services
    Rushford has 10 respite beds for people who are struggling in the community or transitioning out of inpatient care. Those on the unit have access to clinical services.
  • 24-hour crisis program

  • Latino Intensive outpatient program (IOP)
    Our clinicians facilitate all groups in Spanish for those who are monolingual or prefer to receive treatment in Spanish.
Community Support Services

Services offered include treatment coordination, employment and housing assistance, homeless outreach, AIDS education and outreach, and a social club to assist persons with mental health disorders achieve maximum independence through the exploration and the development of daily living skills.
